Overall Satisfaction Comment Zen vs Micro Preference
★★★★ I slightly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★ I strongly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★ I strongly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★ I slightly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★★★ Both are GREAT!!! I prefer the larger though... I strongly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★★ It was something to get used to, definitely. But the experience wasn't all that bad. Using then is just as fun as Zen Magnets but I still prefer the larger size.. I slightly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★ They are fun to play with but nothing beats the satisfying tactical click when zen magnets touch. I strongly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★★ I have not tried both, and can't compare.
★★ Within the demands of the CPSB, I don't think it can be fixed. The Micromagnets just fail to be as fun to play with due to their size. it is too fine a grain for my adult fingers. I strongly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★ You have top quality magnet balls. I wish my sausage fingers could handle micro balls better and I hope to see zen magnets in the future. I strongly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★ I strongly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★★ The micro magnets are so tiny (duh, that's why they're micro)...i just feel like I'm going to lose them if I take them out to play with them. I love the way they're packaged, though. I strongly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★★★ Consider including a separation card, even the magnetic field viewer doesn't seem to be durable enough for the micromagnets. I slightly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★★★ They are so tiny! I love them, and I bought them to support your continued fight against the asinine magnet ban. Keep up the good work, hopefully I can buy some more Zen Magnets in the future. The only thing I would say, maybe include some spares like you did with Zen Magnets. Drop a Micromagnet in the carpet and... well good luck. I slightly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★★★ I slightly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★★★ They work, but I do wish they were stronger. I know, I know... ;)Can't just pull off a "string" of these the same way. I strongly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★ I strongly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★ I have not tried both, and can't compare.
★★★★ I'm a fan, but I do wish they were stronger as it can be easy to lose them when they fall off a vertical chain I slightly prefer Micromagnets over Zen Magnets
★★★★★ Strongly...pun intended I strongly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★ Please get zen magnets legalized again. Compliance magnets are just not as much fun. If they were bigger but still weak that would help. I strongly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★★ I think you have done the best possible job within the confines you have been given. Thank you! I slightly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★★ I slightly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★★ Fun to play with, and due to the density completed structures look really cool! Neoballs/Zen Magnets are still easier to construct with however.Micromagnets don't have the same precision level as Zen Magnets/Neoballs (some of the spheres have visible pits, deformations, and irregularities when looked at closely). However due to their size, any construction issues are greatly reduced.Overall, I'm pretty happy with them! I wish it were still possible to purchase regular size magnet spheres, but these are fun too!It would be nice to have a more affordable option for larger sets (~$100 for the large set is rather a lot to consider, but the visible size of the small set seems somewhat inconsequential when considering it as a gift). The packaging is nice however. Thanks for keeping things going, and good luck with the ongoing CPSC lawsuits! I slightly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★★★ The magnetic field cards are a bit hard to understand. I slightly prefer Micromagnets over Zen Magnets
★★★★★ I equally prefer Zen Magnets and Micromagnets
★★★★★ micromagnets are more comfortable on my fingers, and I can make pretty much all the same things with them.some things are slightly easier to make with zen magnets, and they have proved their durability in a way that the micromagnets have not yet. I equally prefer Zen Magnets and Micromagnets
★★★★ My son enjoyed then very much. I have not tried both, and can't compare.
★★★★ I haven't had a chance to play with them much but they are smaller than I would prefer, not that there's anything you can do about that. I really just wanted to support your company. I slightly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★★★ Overall I quite liked the micromagnets and was very happy with the amount I could buy. My one disappointment with the Zen Magnets was that I couldn't easily afford the amount that I wanted but with micromagnets I could. I would appreciate if the guide material was more micromagnet focused. It seems like it was geared toward Zen Magnets so some of the suggestions and guides didn't quite apply.Overall I quite like the product and will likely buy more. I slightly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★★ I strongly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★ I strongly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★★ I slightly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★★ I can play with the micromagnets all day, because it requires finesse but not manual strength. With the zens you need more strength/endurance than finesse to make things like the ultimate ball and other 2-3 hour builds. I have both. I love both for different reasons. Its nice to get a mini work out and have a nice big structure as a reward. The smaller micromagnets require a lot more concentration. I slightly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★★ After using Micromagnets, Zen Magnets seem MASSIVE - a bit too big! But conversely, Micromagnets are a bit too small!I would love to see an "in between" size! (obviously with the precision and consistency that we love Zen Magnets for)Maybe an ideal size would be 4mm or 3.5mm... hard to tell :) I strongly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★ I strongly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★★ I have not tried both, and can't compare.
★★★ They're just too small for me I strongly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★★ I just like the bigger size of the zen magnets. The micromagnets are harder to work with and I was challenged enough with the regular size! I strongly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★ I just bought them to show the flag, as it were. But they strike me as very likely to get lost over time. I strongly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★★★ Micromagnets were a brilliant move and I love them. Maybe more colors would be welcome and, of course, any discounts! I slightly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★★★ I strongly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★★ I slightly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★★★ I slightly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★ There's not much to improve on as they are very smaller in comparison to zen magnets. If you could is improve the size of the micro. but I only assume that you can't because of the new regulations regarding sphere magnets. Now zen magnets are much stronger and much easier to build with. They would be my go to magnets. I strongly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★ They are cool, and I appreciate that you have to make them so tiny to be compliant. That said, they are too small to really work with for anything complex. I enjoyed playing with them as a novelty, but I don't think they will make a successful product longterm - or at least not as successful as Zen magnets were. Sorry about all the legal troubles, you definitely fought the good fight! I strongly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★★★ I slightly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★★★ Overall I really like the Micromagnets product, and have been very satisfied with the product. Having said that, I do have some suggestions for improvement:1. Price point is a little high in my opinion. I realize you are trying to subsidize your fight against the CPSC, but nevertheless I don't think you've hit the pricing sweet spot yet.2. The box that the 1728 set comes in is prone to leaving the magnets in a mangled heap. I like the presentation, but it's sometimes ruined because the magnets slip out of the crevice and then get bounced around and pushed out of alignment.3. Is there any possibility that you could increase the strength of these magnets?4. Perhaps an even larger bulk set could be offered? Say equivalent to 4 of the 1728 sets?5. The lack of spares is kind of a bummer since these are generally easier to lose.Thanks!-R##### Hildinger I equally prefer Zen Magnets and Micromagnets
★★★ I strongly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★ They are fun but very difficult to get used to. I strongly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★★ I think you did a fantastic job with the Compliance Magnets; I understand you were working within the limits set by the CPSC. Their quality is fantastic and they work just like I'd expected, but I do strongly prefer the full-size Zen magnets. I strongly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★★ Un-fuck the law and then bring back the Zen Magnets. One of the magnets out of the 2160 I got was deformed a bit. I find that with a bit more effort and tedium most everything possible with the 5mm Zen Magnets is possible with the Micromagnets. I would most like a carrying bag to come with the Micromagnets, much like that which came with the Zen Sets. I slightly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★★ I can now feel magnetism. When in the presence of few strong magnets, I can feel south.I can orient myself within roughly +-5 degrees. So pretty coolAlso, I got a magnet that a magnet which is bent. The n and s poles aren't on a line directly through the middle of the sphere. Only complaintIt doesn't really mess anything up too much (though this is my first time with magnet spheres so it may be causing issues I can't easily notice) I equally prefer Zen Magnets and Micromagnets
★★★★ Micromagnets are cool for building complex structures that are pre-planned. Zen magnets are fun for experimentation and generally keeping your hands busy since they are easier to handle.I think people would still buy these on places like the darknet, or would even consider paying for shipping from other countries. It's bullshit that we can't buy Zen Magnets anymore. Maybe if they were sold as industrial parts or something. I strongly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★ I have not tried both, and can't compare.
★★★★★ I strongly prefer Micromagnets over Zen Magnets
★★★★★ I genuinely like both products, so don't take my answer to 2 as a criticism. I am a professional adult without children. I prefer Zen Magnets because they are more powerful. I feel as though I have somewhat more control. I also prefer the size, for similar reasons. I strongly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★ I strongly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★ As a secondary option to Zen Magnets the quality is the same as before, excellent coating, excellent quality, great customer service, I just hate how tiny they are. I'd never give them up unless it was for some zen magents (Huh? Huh? ~_~) but the smaller size of the Magnets does not allow for making some of the more complex, less structurally sound shapes, but I was aware of this when I pre-ordered them. All in all I prefer them over not having anything but I don't think anything will ever beat zen Magnets. I strongly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★★★ Love them. All around good for the size and magnet strength. I slightly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★ They are fun, but the micromagnets are a real pain do do some of the more advanced shapes that I can do with zen magnets I strongly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★★★ I slightly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★ I strongly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★★ I slightly prefer Micromagnets over Zen Magnets
★★★★★ If cost wasn't an issue, I would prefer zen magnets over micromagnets, because the larger magnets are somewhat easier to work with. However, the lower cost-per-magnet of the micromagnets makes it much easier to get a larger number of magnets, so you can build more complex objects at a lower cost. I equally prefer Zen Magnets and Micromagnets
★★★★ They're a great product, though i did notice (and its completely understandable) that the level of uniformity among them is a little off. Like, the tolerance in Zen Magnets is tiny, part of why they're expensive i'm sure, but it makes them an incredibly high quality product. Its kinda like the MicroMagnets tolerance is also tiny, but not quite to the same degree. I understand its probably too expensive to try and make them TOO uniform, its just something I noticed while messing around with them. They're also freaking adorable ^_^ I strongly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★★★ I have not tried both, and can't compare.
★★★★ I like that Micromagnets don't take up as much space so I don't have to spread out as much to build. They are also quieter so I don't annoy those around me as much. Being cheaper per magnet allowed me to buy more so I could build some structures I wasn't able to with my Zen Magnets.I wish the sets came with a few extra spares like Zen Magnets. I've had a couple magnets that were highly deformed. The lamination on a couple of my magnetic field viewers started to separate and I've only used them for splitting Micromagnets as directed by the construction book. I strongly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★★★ My son loves the Micromagnets and prefers them to the Zen Magnets. The tiny size is cute and he seems to keep them all together more so than the Zen size. I find the Zen size every where - stuck to the fridge, metal furniture, inside the washer and dryer, metal door. I would buy some more. I strongly prefer Micromagnets over Zen Magnets
I do not like micro magnets at all and would not buy these in the future. I strongly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★★★ How can you improve on perfection? I equally prefer Zen Magnets and Micromagnets
★★★ I strongly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★ Way too small and easy to lose. I'm too afraid to use these. They are harder to grip because of their size which makes them more frustrating to use and not as fun or relaxing as zen magnets. I strongly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★★★ They are smaller than I expected them to be but that is just my perception of the metric sizes. This is not a complaint. Because of the size they are a little harder to manipulate, not impossible it just takes practice. I equally prefer Zen Magnets and Micromagnets
★★★★ The smaller magnets are much harder to work with but its nice to have so many magnets in a small space. I slightly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★★★ I slightly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★★★ The smaller sized Micromagnets are fun and challenging, I just prefer the standard sized Zen magnets better. Long live Zen Magnets! I strongly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★ Difficult to work with, not nearly as fun. I would have put unsatisfied but I still think they are cool and am happy to have them, I just haven't even touched them since the first day of getting them and would never invest as much money into them as I did regular Zen Magnets. I strongly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★★★ The booklet doesn't allow for it to be laid flat, and it kind of resists all attempts to hold it open. The product and packaging are great, and the magnetic field viewer blew mine and my wife's friggin' minds. So, yeah, the book was the only thing that was weird. I liked looking through it, and there were things that I wanted to build...but it was an ordeal to keep it open so I could see what I needed to do.(Also, you could put a note in there about how many magnets on a side you're supposed to have to get it to go back in the box. I didn't pay attention and it took some trial and error to sort that out...but it was a fun trial and error.) I slightly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★★ I slightly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
These magnets are entirely too small for me to work with. It is very rare for me to want to return a product for a refund, but if I were given the opportunity I would totally do it. These magnets will spend the rest of their life in their boxes on a shelf. Zenmagnets are superior in every way. I strongly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★★★ They were interestingly small but I liked how many there were and how it allowed you to create things you'd normally by unable to with just the normal number of zen magnets. I equally prefer Zen Magnets and Micromagnets
★★★★★ I slightly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★★★ I slightly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★★ Knowing what Zen Magnets are like (and having many kits) it's hard to use the smaller Micromagnets as I know what they could be. So micromagnets aren't bad but they're nowhere near the need-to-have item that Zen Magnets and similar were when they first came out. I slightly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★★★ I slightly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★ They're too weak I strongly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★ I contacted you guys to replace one single micromagnet that was not polished, still waiting to hear back three months later... I strongly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★ I think the project is great, and I will continue to support and buy whatever helps you guys.to me the compliance micro magnets are simply too small to be fun anymore. So I really only use my older ZenMagnets, and never touch the micro. I did build a few nice things, and left them built, but they are too detailed/finicky for me to enjoy as a toy. It becomes tedious for me personally. I strongly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★★ I strongly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★★ since we always lose some pieces, sending some replacements with tfhe new sets would be nice.my older eyes and fingers prefer the Zen size (75 yrs, female) I strongly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★★★ They're surprisingly fun. I wish they were a little stronger, but I know that's not allowable anymore. I think the booklet that comes with it could have more ideas even if it sacrifices the details, but it is probably nice for new users to learn from. I slightly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★ Seems like I can do a lot less with them, unfortunately. Especially in non-artistic uses :) I strongly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★ Micros are just so darn tiny...I have 3 adult 'children' who agree that it's not as satisfying to squish & build with the Micros as it is the Zens! Maybe it's something you get used to....But we all prefer the Zens! I strongly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★★ I really like them, but Zen Magnets had that bit more control. However, due to the size, I can't really say anything much. I was initially very surprised at the size of them but I quickly got used to them. They're really fun to play with.I think the biggest thing I didn't like (even though it isn't that big) is that there were no extra magnets per set. I ordered a set very early so I dont know if you added some extra magnets or not. I lost one magnet after about a month and it really bugged me that I had one missing. If you had a couple extra magnets that could be great.Overall, however, they're great! I slightly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★ I strongly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★★★ They are okay but I like the larger original magnets better. I strongly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★★ I slightly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★★ I strongly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★ The smaller size of the micromagnets makes them not really usable for me. I have troubles with the 'regular' size zen magnets.I bought the micro magnets mainly for a novelty item since I have quite a few of the zen magnets. I strongly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★★ I slightly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★★★ I didn't actually play with them very much. I gave them to a co-worker who built something really difficult and cool with the set. I've been wishing for a set for myself. I equally prefer Zen Magnets and Micromagnets
★★ The magnets are just too small for me to build with. :( I strongly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★★★ I strongly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★★★ I think they're really cool. They're just really neat to have. I can't suggest any improvements. I strongly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★★ The structures are more difficult to build... But the intricate product is worth it. I equally prefer Zen Magnets and Micromagnets
★★★★★ Wishing the ban was over to buy a lot of zen magnets. I strongly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★ I thought I would like them more. With my Zens, I would spend hours making different structures. With these, I tried to make a cube, got them misaligned....tried again, same thing...then balled them up and haven't gotten them out since. I appreciate that you guys are hampered by the gestapo, er...I mean, government ban and am glad to support your cause in any way I can, but, if I'm honest, these just aren't as fun to play with. I strongly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★★ they are much harder to make shapes compared to zen magnets, mostly because of their size, but also because they don't hold together as strongly. Also, the consistency of the diameter of the spheres isn't as good as zen magnets; flat shapes don't lay completely flat. I strongly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★★ The micromagnets are nice, but still like the feel of working with the 5mm much better I strongly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★ While there is a certain appeal to Micromagnets, mostly they just pale in comparison to zen magnets. Micromagnets are great if you want a challenge and if you want whatever you build to look more smooth and detailed. But zen magnets are much more easy to use which makes playing with them more easier and fun. So i guess it just depends on what you want. If you want a challenge you get Micromagnets, for you want something easy and fun to keep you hands busy you pick zen magnets. So yeah that's my take on it. I slightly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★★★ I slightly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★★ I think the size limits your options. They don't string up as easily because they aren't as strong and being so light they fold onto each other very easily which makes it harder to build. And they are much easier to lose. Visually interesting because they're so small when you do build things, but it's a lot more time consuming to create cool stuff. I strongly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★★ I like them both. Micros are just a bit harder to work with, and zen can create more fun and interesting shapes. I can't think of a way to improve either Good luck. I strongly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★★★ You guys are good at what you do. Thanks for keeping it real. I equally prefer Zen Magnets and Micromagnets
★★★★★ Nothing, really. I love everything about them, they're so much fun! I equally prefer Zen Magnets and Micromagnets
★★★★ I was able to make every shape that I made with full size Zen magnets, including intermediate/complex shapes. They are very small and require careful manipulation but are quite workable. Using regular Zens after the Micros make the Zens feel like enormous super powerful behemoths. A few spares, like that used to come with Zen sets, would have been nice. I equally prefer Zen Magnets and Micromagnets
★★★★ Not that small, which isn't bad. Very powerful. Great product in a high amount for low price! I have not tried both, and can't compare.
★★★ They're still fun, and the magnetic field viewer is a nice bonus, but the small size is alot harder to manipulate, and "constructions" of them feel delicate. Does not have the same "desk toy" appeal. On the plus side they're cheaper per-piece so you can make more elaborate shapes. I can see some people wanting them for that reason even when you can sell the bigger magnets again. I strongly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★★★ I equally prefer Zen Magnets and Micromagnets
★★★★ I had more fun with the micro magnets than the full Zen. I think the weaker forces made them easier. The size was challenging. I slightly prefer Micromagnets over Zen Magnets
★★★★ As a way to help fund the defense of what I'm sure is the true focus of our mutual passions and what may bear the weight of precedent in a long line of chronically well-meaning forces bent upon saving us from ourselves in plain sight of knowledge and understanding -- both the anodyne for the danger they perceive -- I think they are just fine. They are novel, well packaged and inclusive of a pretty fun upgrade to the standard card.Thank you for defending freedom and for fighting to keep knowledge in plain sight. I will be happy to indulge in other funding avenues in the future. I strongly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★★★ I just love magnets. Can't wait to get Zen's back I need some spares. I strongly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★★ The micromagnets take a good bit of getting used to when switching from Zen Magnets. I dont know if its possible to make them slightly bigger but keep the magnetic field the same, but that would help. I slightly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★★★ I thought it was packaged excellently. But just because the magnets are micro doesn't mean the manual has to be so small. A regular sized manual would be nice I equally prefer Zen Magnets and Micromagnets
Micro magnets are not at all similar - can't make them into shapes. Not strong magnets. Discarded them I strongly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★ I strongly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★★ I didn't understand that I was ordering micro magnets until they arrived, but once I got used to them I like the smaller size. I equally prefer Zen Magnets and Micromagnets
★★★ I have to be honest, at first I wasn't very happy because of the lack of strength compared to zen magnets (that 'clicky' sound of Zen magnets is so delicious), but then I became quite fond of my micromagnets. I wouldn't mind a bigger and stronger set but I understand that might not be possible. Thanks for all the efforts to keep recreational magnets alive! :) cheers. I strongly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★★ i like how they dont seem to get as dirty as zen magnets I slightly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★★★ I slightly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★★★ They're great, but nothing can compare to the Zen Magnets. They're a little hand-crampy after a while, but the upside is you can buy a shitload of them for a lot less than Zen Magnets would cost. I strongly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★★ They are beautifully made, but oh, so tiny. I hate the CPSC for forcing you to "comply". I like having the micro magnets, but I probably won't be growing my collection much. Being so small, they are difficult to manipulate. Not quite as satisfying as the 5mm magnets. I strongly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★★ Micromagnets were easier to use than I anticipated, given the disclaimers on the site and in the emails, so that was good. Unfortunately, Zen Magnets created a high standard for uniform size and fully round magnets. For Micromagnets to meet the same standard for uniformity would require tolerances of half or better of the Zen tolerances, but halving the size of the sphere makes achieving even Zen tolerances at least twice as hard to do. Getting truly uniform and nearly identical spheres was what made a Zen set Zen. The Micros just don't fit as tightly and don't form the straight lines or flat sheets that were the norm with Zens. If you can tighten the tolerances without raising the price, I think the micros are a viable product. If not, I don't see the micros surviving without cutting off the supply of larger lower quality spheres imported by the order direct to the end user. I slightly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★ I, personally, prefer Zen Magnets mainly because of the size. The Micromagnets are harder to work with and I feel less secure with them because they tend to release their hold too easily. I strongly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★ make them bigger like zen magnets ;) uhmm even better, just make zen magnets again.Seriously, can't you just maufacture the same quality zen magnets somewhere in china? or in europe? I am not sure if you are allowed to sell them in america, but we in Europe are waiting for them ;) I strongly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★★ I think both sets are fun for different reasons. I like the micromagnets because they are so small and even easier to carry than the regular sets. I would like to have a pouch with the micromagnets tho.. I equally prefer Zen Magnets and Micromagnets
★★ The wonderful feeling of magnets snapping into place is lost with how finicky it is working with micromagnets. The only improvement is to defeat the nanny state and bring back Zen Magnets. Win or lose, my micromagnets will serve as a symbol of anti-nannyhood. Money well spent. I strongly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★★★ Nothing. The Zen magnets are awesome! I strongly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★★★ unsureness whether I will get the magnets or not after I placed the order I equally prefer Zen Magnets and Micromagnets
★★★ Well I received my micro magnets in good shape but I have no spares that's the only thing I have bad to say I slightly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★★★ I've spent hundreds of hours playing with the magnets, so I haven't had much trouble with the little ones. if magnets have to be smaller now, I like their current size. Half is perfect. I equally prefer Zen Magnets and Micromagnets
★★★★★ Micromagnets are cool but not as easy to work with. I prefer the zen magnets. I slightly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★★★ I slightly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★★ I slightly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★ I strongly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★★ Zen Magnets and Micromagnets are both awesome products. Very high quality, fairly priced. I only slightly prefer the original, and only because the original Zen Magnets make a very satisfying sound when they snap together. Not really sure what you can really do about that since it's just a matter of magnet size. Aside from that I have no complaints about the magnets. Something else you could maybe consider is working on a thinner version of your original PVC cards. The MFV cards you include with the Micromagnets are nice and they certainly do the job, but they don't look as nice and are a bit on the small size. The original PVC cards are just a bit too thick to work well with the Micromagnets, but they look so nice and fit nicely in the hand. Just a suggestion. Have a good one! I slightly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★★★ I have not tried both, and can't compare.
★★★★ I equally prefer Zen Magnets and Micromagnets
★★ Bigger magnets and better organized shipping department. I waited 2 months after release of compliance magnets to recieve them. CPC needs to mind their business. I enjoy your company with high respects I strongly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★★ Magnets are good, but much less powerful than I was expecting. I understand the reason but it wasn't as great as I was looking forward to, nowhere near the regular size magnets I strongly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★★ You have done pretty much the best that you could with the micro magnets, I just prefer the strength and was of manipulation of the full-sized Zen Magnets. I strongly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★★ They are much fussier to work with, because they are so much weaker. I think you've done a fine job within the constraints for "compliance magnets" and only underscore the point. :) I strongly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★★ The magnets are a little weaker than Zen magnets, but work perfectly fine. The only thing I've been disappointed in has been the magnetic field viewer. If you bend it at all it creates bubbles in it and you can't see the magnetic field as well anymore. I strongly prefer Micromagnets over Zen Magnets
★★★★ I strongly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★★ It is nice that they are so cheap and they are an acceptable substitute while Zens are banned. But they are just too small to manipulate as effectively as Zen Magnets. I know your hands are tied by the CPSC, Maybe you can use this in the court case as a reason to keep the Original Zen size. I strongly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★★ Beat the Feds and bring back zen magnets! I strongly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★★ I slightly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★★★ Even though they are much smaller than the their Zen counterparts, the Micromagnets work just as well, and structures built with them actually look even cooler (think of miniature origami swans vs normal sized versions). The only complaint I can think of is that they are a bit harder to work with (which obviously can't be helped, given their size). Aside from that, I just hope they are eventually available in different colors! I slightly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★★★ These were awesome, i would love a mandala set with the mega set of micromagnets!!! I slightly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★ I strongly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★★ I enjoy the novelty of the micro magnets. However, I was already on the fence about these magnets, and a few of my magnets came flattened or misshapen. I would've appreciated if you had spares in the big set so I don't have to buy more to have them perform right. Spares were what led me to u guys back when I bought my first Buckyball set. I lost one of my buckyball brand magnets and they didn't have spares and I was devastated. I searched online for spares and found your company. And considering I am not really in love with the new micromagnets, I have little incentive to buy another set just for spares, especially when they seem like they could easily be lost being so small. I know they're considerably cheaper, But in my opinion they are an inferior product to the Zen Magnets so the price fits. But spares are always appreciated, even if the price goes up a little because it leaves a good impression on the consumer and gives them confidence in the company. I don't have fingernails so these are extremely hard for me to work with quickly, and because of that I have a lot less incentive to want to accumulate a large set of these. I will continue to support you guys, because I will never forget what your company tried to do in regards to keeping magnets spheres legal. The micro magnets are a good start, but I'm also looking forward to new ideas and products coming in the future. I would give anything to put a ban on our overreaching government and there absurd laws designed to "protect" us. But I wish u all the best and I will keep my eyes on my emails waiting for news I strongly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★★ I slightly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★★★ I really enjoy how portable the Micromagnets are. I can take them anywhere and keep them in my pocket. I slightly prefer Micromagnets over Zen Magnets
★★★★ I like the small magnets and I can understand why you went with half the diameter but being so small, you cannot make really big sculptures. But it is really awesome that I can even get these here in Canada. I will always prefer the Zen but these are a really, really good substitution. I will actually order another mini mandala set right now. Thank you for the 20% coupon :) I strongly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★★★ I equally prefer Zen Magnets and Micromagnets
★★★★ Keep being awesome :D I slightly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★★ i like the packaging and intial configuration of the magnets I equally prefer Zen Magnets and Micromagnets
★★★★ I have not tried both, and can't compare.
★★★★★ The price is very expansive. My boy has ADD and it has help him in many ways. I would like to get lots more cause he has conquered so many designs already but we need more. I also have a problem with getting them. I am in Canada. It takes for ever. And then I have to pay a fee at the door to UPS. Why!!! I equally prefer Zen Magnets and Micromagnets

★★★★★ Outdone yourselves again, they are perfect. Definitely plan on ordering more! I equally prefer Zen Magnets and Micromagnets
★★★★★ My beloved ones, you are the best! xoxoBoth products have their pros and cons, but Micromagnets has more pros than cons, and that's why I prefer it. But in truth, I prefer having a mix.Micromagnet pros:-Cheaper-Relatively stronger. longest Stick of 33 (vs. 26)-Requires less force to separateCons:-Somewhat harder to handleMix pros:-More variety. Can have geometries that are a mix of large and small.-Functionality. I use Zen magnets when I want to experiment with a new type of geometry. Once I'm sharp on the details, I'm switching over to the micro magnets I slightly prefer Micromagnets over Zen Magnets
★★★★ I'm very pleased with the Micromagnets. Their size certainly adds a new challenge. I still prefer the Zen Magnets for their size and strength, as I still find myself crushing or dropping my creations with the smaller rendition. I don't see this as a fault with the product; I simply prefer a larger sphere, I suppose. Thanks for the hours of entertainment :) I strongly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets

★★★★ Pakaging was kind of pointless, they arrived all balled up and loose. I miss the delicious wood box like I got with zen magnets. Pretty cool as far as the magnets go a little more challenging and I'm more likely to use them cause they're cheaper. I slightly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★★ The plastic magnetic field viewing cards are very fun and delightful to play along side magnets, but they are too easy to break. I equally prefer Zen Magnets and Micromagnets
★★★ The size of the magnets was a blessing and a curse. But, because of compliance, I don't think there's much that can be improved on. I slightly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★★ I just like the bigger size of the zen magnets. The micromagnets are harder to work with and I was challenged enough with the regular size! I strongly prefer Zen Magnets over Micromagnets
★★★ Something you can approval upon is may be making the magnets slightly bigger. In my experience my hands turned out to be too big for the magnets. The strength of the magnets were pretty good though. I have not tried both, and can't compare.
★★★ I equally prefer Zen Magnets and Micromagnets
★★★★ I really like the Micromagnets. The quality is great and the packaging looks nice too. Maybe you could seal the Micromagnets just as the Zen Magnets in a Mandala set to keep them in place in the package. I equally prefer Zen Magnets and Micromagnets
